I had a short appointment with Omar to help me to rest the applications for Lexus after first Maintenance of the car . Unfortunate after first maintenance both application did not work for me second driver . One application was complete re-set, the main application for Lexus is a challenge to re-set the second driver . Still is not working correct for the second driver. Siddiq is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Erin Park Lexus. Dealing with Siddiq has always been a pleasure. He makes you feel comfortable and did not pressure me in any way. We were able to get a deal done as always. In regards to the other staff I have dealt with at Erin Park Lexus, I have gotten to know several of them. When ever I come in for a service appoint, they make you feel like family. If I had an issue, they took care of it.

We had a great experience : at the and of December we went for a driving test of NX hybrid and we end up buying NX 450h. Frist of all both Abdul Ramadan and Omar Hirsi presented us all the futures of the car and the services provided by Lexus . We decided to buy in the same day when we tested similar car.
