Prompt Efficient Service A plate that helps hold a protective shield in place underneath my car's engine came partially dislodged. Without having made a reservation, I dropped into EP Lexus' service department to see if they could check it out. They immediately took in my vehicle, had the repairs done plus washed my car within an hour or so. Thanks Carly and the rest of the EPL team for such great service!

Salesperson From the introduction, Manpreet was very friendly and went out of her way to satisfy me!. She gave me a lot of options so I could decide my best choice. I just visited the dealership for info. Instead I left with an amazing car!! My salesperson Manpreet was also amazing!! I would recommend my friends to go see her!
Comfortable, easy and fast From the moment I drove in I was greeted with a smile. It was my first time getting my car serviced and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Carly was great, she informed me of the process, the length of time it would take and escorted me to the lounge area. To my surprise, my car was finished quicker then I thought!
