Approachable, knowledgeable staff. They treat me with respect even when I ask "dumb" questions. Service is done in a reasonable amount of time - it is done usually before they say it will be. I absolutely love that they wash my car. That is the kind of excellence & attention to customer needs that puts Ens toyota at the top.
Our sales man Ryan Derksen was prompt and efficient. Great to deal with. The young lady who did the walk thru on our new 4-Runner was great as well. All around great experience!!

Everyone was very friendly and the oil change was done when they said that it would be.
At drop off they always explain work that will be done and cost. Offer free rides to and from. Work is done on time.
