We are increasingly frustrated with service. They use scare tactics to suggest our vehicles are not fit for the road and when we have the work done or get a second opinion, the service is often not even required. An example is requiring replacement of rotors instead of turning when they are like new. Another example is telling us that the lower control arms are so bad a tire is going to fall off and kill people which is not even close to reality. We have started going elsewhere for service.
