Always get reated with the utmost respect even though my vehicle is 15 years old. I have never been pressured into parts or work that I felt I didn't need and I have total trust in this company and it's workers.
I was trying to book my very first oil change with Ens Lexus service and it has been a bit disappointing experience. Called to schedule appointment, I been asked to leave name and phone number and service department will call back with appointment time. No one called back! Called again and after explaining what happened I got an appointment. Service completed by end of the day and returned cleaned and wash vehicle. All went well, no issues with provided service.
I do always have a good time with Thomas as my Advisor. He is very professional and supportive. Overall, my vehicle was serviced appropriately and I had a good experience.
