I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff (Lexus Product Advisor), Michael (Sales Manager) and Michaela (Delivery Coordinator). All three were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff explained the differences between the various models and what is new for the 2024 models. Fantastic service. Everyone that I spoke with at the dealership was kind, efficient and helpful. The service on my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and was contacted just in case I wanted to pick it up early. The level of excellence that Ens Lexus provides was a very positive experience.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Honest. Service dept employees do not try to upcharge. They are knowledgeable and able to provide clarification when needed and answer any questions. I have no complaints
