I began my relationship with Toyota on a friendly and very happy note. I had great service and they provided a shuttle service to Kingsville from Windsor for my 2020 RAV4. At first, we had a deal where I would sign off and receive a car to drive while they took and serviced my car. After 2 services, I was told that I was not allowed to do that. Terrible service from the service department, disrespectful and incompetent. I'll go to another Toyota dealer from now on.
Service department was terrible, never returned my phone calls concerning an issue with my Lexus. I had to go and find someone when I arrived for my service appointment and now I am wondering if I made a huge mistake buying a used vehicle from this dealership.
The sales team was good, explained everything clearly to me, and found proper vehicle that fit my needs. But, the finance was not nice. Instead of certified check, they required wire transfer, the lady insisted I pay the wire transfer fee, and would get me reimbursed "in one week". Now, it's 2 months since then, and she never replied my e-mails! Update: after this review, I got contacted immediately, and got my reimbursement at the same day.
It's no wonder this group lands on page 2. I almost made the mistake of doing business with this group. Completely dishonest and will offer you a different story if you appear at the showroom on more than 1 occasion. Stay away, far, far away. If you deal with this group it will be buyer beware.
Dishonest dealership I test drove one of their used car and heard some noise around the front wheel and the sales person agreed to have it address upon the purchase. I agreed on purchasing the car but the day after I picked up the car, the noise recurred again. I brought it back to the dealership and their General Manager explained to me that the noise is coming from the drive shaft and thus it's not a safety issue so they were not willing to fix it. Incredibly poor service They don't offer service vehicles. Shuttles are only at certain times. I had my battery replaced 4 months ago and it just died. Best they could offer was for me to tow it there and maybe they could get to it in a few days. No thank you! Been loyal customer for 9 years, but it's over!
Dishonest dealership. I made the mistake of Dishonest dealership. I made the mistake of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. When I got home, the vehicle had water condensing inside of the headlight. I contacted the dealership and was told that that was an issue that was not theirs to deal with as it left the dealership "fine". This type of a problem is something that is not detected until the light has been on and the chance that condensation can form.
