While looking for a new Rogue, we checked out the other two Mississauga Nissan dealerships, not realizing this dealership was 5 minutes away from us! Customer service was lacking with the other two, and while reading terrible reviews about the other two, we realized we didn't want to just give our money to be left waiting for service. Services representative was rude on my visit a few months ago. I waited for three hours for a oil change. I informed the servies representative that I need to go to work and was told that every body needs to work. He was serving everyone he came before me even though my car was ready. I complainedt to the service manager who made excuses for him stating that he was busy. and working alone. He final apologize for his worker's behavior. Just because your don't want to "peace of mind " extras. They are approving me for 11% Interest. If they have too many sales per day. They should have more people. I bought 3 cars till now, no other dealers did this. Direct nissan is not so transparent with your financing. Before this every financing agent showed me their screen, which bank is financing on what rate, everything was in front of me. Direct nissan people never showed me anything. Its all about satisfying their greed. After 3 weeks, I took my booking back.

Can't be trusted, save your time and money. They will tell you everything you want to here including the vehicle is OMVIC certified which was far from the truth. The 2022 Nissan Rogue SV I purchased had nothing but issues including a chip in the drivers side window which was in my vision, engine was revving high, smoke coming out of the exhaust, acceleration is off, break pins were put on backward and more. I was promised everything would be repaired, a month back and forth with no real resolution, finally a month and a half... read more

This dealership is complete garbage, never buy here. They will take your money and never honor your warranty. They are about the sale and that's it. No customer service. Everything must be in writing, tint shade, specific ruining boards, everything or they will screw you. Worst experience in my life. Nissan Pro 4X quality is substandard at best. As for Corporate? They don't care either. Never Again! LOOKS LIKE THERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!

I purchased two cars from them, a Murano and a Kicks 2021, and my overall experience is degrading year after year. There is huge change in the sales team, and service quality has gone to rock bottom. The service advisors don't take care of the problem. Sales team after sales team doesn't care of customers who reported feedback to service managers without any luck of a response. Today I came for my service appointment at 1:00pm and now 2:00pm my vehicle is still parked in the parking lot. I took time off from my office, these people do not respect and honor the appointment. I am frustrated.

Booked an appointment for my Rouge for 11 am. I was advised at time of booking it would be an hour. I arrived early and left my car as I did not want to sit in the building for an hour. I returned about 2 1/2 hours later to find out my car had not even been worked on. The service advisors told me that if I drop my car off they take it whenever, but if I sat there it would of been brought in right away.
