Not Happy. **What good is it to make an appointment ??? **(Dropped wife at her appointment 10:00 to 1:00). **My Appointment at Cochrane Toyota was for 11:00. ****At 1:00>I had to phone wife to say I would be late - because I'm not in for my 11:00 appointment.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!! have had about 30 business dealings with Cochrane Toyota, including the purchase of a new vehicle, of witch at least 5 have ended in very disappointing results. One example was with service. I had the dealership install a new drivers side window after my truck was broken into. The new window works fine, but when I closed the door you could hear the sound of broken glass inside the door moving about. Worst experience I ever have at Toyota dealership. Sales staff doesn’t have much knowledge and top of it, they don’t honor their advertised prices which is against consumer laws and basic marketing rules. Complete waste of time. Cannot recommend this place ever to anyone
Stopped in yesterday looking for a Rav 4 for my son. Walked around the dealership passing at least 7 staff. Not one hello! Went to the reception desk and stood there listening to the girl cat with another staff lady for almost 5 minutes.No acknowledgement of me in that time. Turned and walked out without meeting one staff member. Taking my business somewhere else where customers are kind of important. What a joke of a business!!!
What a joke this dealership is. The lack of communication from sales is unreal .felt so ignored that I went and bought a different brand..I will never recommend this place
Was interested in buying a vehicle off the lot. They offered me over $3000.00 less then any other dealership I had seen. Then when we said we would buy the Jeep, they tried charging us the same payment as a new vehicle. We asked them to maybe check their math as they were charging what we figured out to be 30% interest on a used vehicle. Actual review i caught my service advisor in a lie and he didn’t take the opportunity to come clean or apologize. He swallowed hard and just kept coming up with excuses. This dealership at one time had employees that cared but they have all been replaced with people who are morally flexible. I have brought my vehicle in twice for an oil change and both times was issued a 7 page invoice and what may potentially be a service inspection report but had absolutely no actual value. this report did not mention anything about the en... read more
