Scam artists galore. Do not buy here. Was sold an extended warranty to cover the term of the financing. They promised money back if no claims were filed. We filed zero claims, and at the end of the term want the rebate as promised. Well, since nothing was explained about sneaky fine print and 90 day expiries, turns out we are just out $2000 in cash back. The owner and the staff appear to make false claims. Their customer service is highly discriminatory and are abusive to people they run into, then drive away after physical threats. the owner maybe influenced by foreign entities who have knowingly and willingly discriminate again the north-american-indian, this I have witnessed on several occasions.
I’ve had good experiences with the service team here, but the experience with purchasing a new vehicle was super disappointing. The purchase of a new vehicle should be an exciting and celebratory time but it was the opposite of that. We drove from Calgary for our 1pm appointment and did not get back to Calgary until after 5pm. We found out AFTER signing all of the paperwork that the new EV purchased was sitting at 20% battery. Stacey Dubé sold me a used truck with a full inspection report that said it was good to go. I asked her that when I travel from Edmonton to make the purchase, that it be left outside so I could hear the engine on startup since thats when any issues are most obvious. She promised to do so. When I arrived the truck was in a warm shop after being started and driven that morning. I purchased a Toyota Tundra at Cochrane Toyota this past summer and had an amazing experience. Where this has all come off the rails for me is at the time I purchased a topper through Cochrane Toyota. They use a 3rd party supplied for this. I was supposed to have the topper in 4 to 6 weeks. That was the last weekend of July and still no topper. No one seems to want to help. Not Toyota who uses this company or the 3rd party supplier. If you want a topper might be a good idea to shop on your own.
I recently had attempted to have my Toyota vehicle serviced at Cochrane Toyota and had the displeasure of working with the service advisor, Lucas Pretty. From the moment I arrived, he made it clear that he had no interest in helping me or providing any sort of customer service. He was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the entire process. Horrible! Signed a contract and put a deposit down on a new Tunda in Feb 2022. Fast forward to January 2023, still not truck but now they state that MSRP has increased over old price on contract and if i dont supply a trade in they will not sell me the new truck. I asked for my deposit back. Thank you for nothing Cochrane Toyota!

I paid a deposit for a Rav4 on Feb 2022, received an email in May that my oder has been canceled . And If i want to proceed , they need to reorder it. Be aware of their scams.
