Rear Coil Spring Replacement Safety and Quality Issue My Sienna van was in the Charlesglen Toyota Shop for maintenance on Aug 11, 2023; and the right rear spring was found broken. Both rear springs were replaced back in 2019 Apr 05 in the Charlesglen Toyota Shop. The broken spring only had 22,282 km in the 4-year period; through my inquiry with my service adviser the replacement springs done in 2019 is aftermarket product with guaranty of 20,000km only (which cost $399.95 a pair for parts & $406.00 for labor, and I did not a... read more

The sales agent are very helpful and the manager is very patient and professional with the haggles we presented. After we got approved, the finance manager was the best we ever dealt with (we had been with 5 dealerships before). The man who prepares the truck for pick up was very accommodating and makes you feel better while showing you around the in and out of the vehicle. I would highly recommend it to friends.
Val is definitely a very professional, genuine, and passionate saleperson to connect with. She is very patient with whatever questions you may have and will find the bed answer for them.
