I always book the earliest service appointment first thing in the morning and wait for the work to be done. Customer lounge has free wifi and coffee, comfy chairs and plugs ins for power for laptop. Service is as quick as possible and I'm on my way. Staff is friendly and courteous.
We purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander. It did take awhile and during that time we had three different sales people. The first two were great, unfortunately the last one was most concerned about us picking the vehicle up by the end of the month. I guess it relates to there monthly sale, but by the 12 time they mentioned it, it seem to be the main concern during the purchase. We did have to wait 15 months for our vehicle. I drove down on a whim to look at a preowned car. The sales person who helped me was truly the best, she was helpful and accommodating. I didn’t feel Pressured at all and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was great. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from her :)

Val Parsons was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I came into the dealership right until I drove off in my new Highlander Platinum!! She set me up with Kingsley in Finance and he was great! Mark delivered my vehicle and he was good but given all the electronics, I’ll need a refresher!!!

Very excellent service, Valerie was absolutely amazing to deal with, she got me whatever I needed, and when my truck was still getting accessories put on they got me a rental and covered the cost till my truck was ready. Ill always stick with toyota, and ill only ever deal with Val, what an amazing woman. So thank you for all your help and thanks for everything.
