I have just got my 2026 RAV4 XSE plug in hybrid yesterday June 3, 2024, I I have been dealing with Charlesglen Toyota since 2020 and the salesman Mike was very very good and referred to Val Parsons, she went above and beyond and very responsive. 10/10 for you Val. Thank you Duguel

I always book the earliest service appointment first thing in the morning and wait for the work to be done. Customer lounge has free wifi and coffee, comfy chairs and plugs ins for power for laptop. Service is as quick as possible and I'm on my way. Staff is friendly and courteous.
