Recall notices Very pleased with professionalism of the service staff. They were very thorough checking my car over. Made recommendations on future things I need to consider. when I had an issue with a flat tire they were amazing in giving me advice over the phone and checking to see what the issue was upon my return. The courtesy car drivers were very professional and punctual.
Confusion over warranty coverage. Experience with an intermittent trunk locking problem + difficulties with mirrors malfunctioning over a few months led to my confusion/lack of clarity as to what is actually covered by the comprehensive warranty package purchased with the vehicle. 2016 Tacoma Recall Every time I go to Heninger Service Centre They always body washed my Toyota Tacoma. Twice I went at Canyon Creek Service Centre for Service, My Tacoma was never washed or cleaned. I hope Canyon Creek do the same as Heninger.
2018 Camry SE Leased a new Camry. Very honesty people and made me feel very comfortable. Everything is easy and quick. They delivered the vehicle to my house.
The best dealership experience I have ever had Great customer service and just really nice people. We needed to get our son picked up from day care because he was sick. The dealership arranged for a rental car ASAP and had us on our way.
Excellent service for 9 years In 2008 we bought a new Sequoia and since, have had all service done through Canyon Creek Toyota. We have been impressed over and over by the thorough, accomodating, efficient & caring staff. This week, we had a small item that needed service and Lawrence & team were top notch again. Our Sequoia has 311 000 km on it and it runs as good as ever. We enjoy driving our Sequoia and working with Canyon Creek has added to the quality of our experience with a Toyota vehicle. EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT ADVISOR I've been dealing Canyon Creek Toyota for 15 years and have purchases or leased vehicles from Mr Moran. If we had a concern with any of our vehicles Mr. Moran would work the issue out with the service advisor or any other area of the dealership. From a sales perspective Mr. Moran is outstanding. He didn't force you to purchase a vehicle you didn't want, He worked you to find the best car for your requirements. expected dealer pricing my new 2017 Rav4 Hybrid came in for tires and new alloy wheels, was slightly worried about pricing as I am new to country but quickly learned how accommodating Canyon Creek Toyota staff was when it came to my best interest(saving money) they offered me a price match to the lowest price + 5% off. they even gave me free gifts - nobody has ever given me free stuff before WOW! I got a free lantern and snow brush which I found very handy as where I am from it doesn't snow. I highly recommend this auto shop... read more
