Promised the car for early August. Paid deposit only to find out car wont be there till late August. When contacted the sales manager, he did not acknowledge the mistake and tried to make it sound like I misunderstood and I was wrong...

I was in search of a new or used SUV on autrader.ca and came across one that seemed suitable at Campus Nissan. They had a gently used 2012 on their lot, so I sent them an email with some questions (is it a local vehicle, how many kms...Nothing too complicated). Great pre-purchase script and very consistent with phone calls and emails. Promises of offering you the best deal and service...typical car salesman. Beware of their tricky dirty tactics when you discuss and negotiate the final price and most importantly if you have a vehicle to trade-in. Carefully READ documents/worksheet that they will make you sign. The numbers on the final worksheet was different from what we agreed on.
