Excellent customer care I was referred to Sean by a friend in Toronto. Me and the Mrs drove up to Cambridge as we were looking to purchase a vehicle. Great Service In less than two minutes of arriving at the dealership, we had a salesman approach us, and give us his undivided attention. We were able to test drive a few vehicles and ask questions. The salesman was very knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed or under pressure, although it was nearing closing time.
Truly a peaceful and happy experience On Tuesday April 24 I went into the Toyota Dealership and was taking pictures of a 2013 Matrix for my Parents. They are retired they have a Matrix now but it’s very old. At 11:30 I hear this very happy, welcoming voice. I look to my right and it was Alex. He had the best first impression of a Product Advisor. Awsome Service Richard helped us lease a corolla. He didn't pressure us with aggressive sales tactics he made it simple and easy to get the car we wanted for a great price.
Very professional and thorough Richard has been a great help in helping my daughter get her first car. He was very patient and took time to explain the pros and cons of leasing vs financing. Everything was laid out and we didn't feel rushed. He periodically sent us text messages just to give us an update and was willing to answer any questions I had big and small. Overall I am very satisfied. Would recommend Richard to family and friends!
