Relaxed, informative, satisfying. A non stressful experience. I received all the information concerning the financial obligation, the maintenance, all accessories and warranty. Awesome service when I needed it I was having problems with my brakes right in the middle of winter tire season. When I called the dealer they advised at least a week to get in. I told them the car was not safe to drive. They told me bring it over and leave it and we will fit in when we can. They went above and beyond and called me the next morning with all the bad news. Got all the repairs done and my 2005 Matrix is running like brand new. Great job all!
