I have been going to get my car serviced at Burlington Toyota. Nitin have been truly the best customer service that have been looking after me and what needs to be done with my car. I have always been buying brand new car which are all Toyota they are so defendable. With the proper care and have Nitin to help service my Toyota I have never once encounter any problems on the road. Thank you Nitin and thank you Toyota for the excellent service that you provide. My car is now 11 years old but it still runs great!

Fair pricing and excellent satisfaction elicits customer loyalty. Adam the service advisor is a royal model for all Service advisors. Customers feel welcome while waiting and the coffee is above notch!!!
Always a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable and efficient personnel. In and out in less than 2 hours for oil change, inspection and tire turn over from winter to summer tires.
Have yet to purchase, but experience with Brandon Murray has been outstanding so far. Very knowledgeable and assisted with test drives. Not a typical high pressure situation; just very pleasant low key and helpful.
