Maddy is a great service adviser! She is very knowledgeable. We value her honesty and advice. We never felt pressured to buy our vehicle a year and a half ago and we never feel pressured to have service we don’t agree we need for either of our two vehicles. We were previously long time clients of Ancaster Toyota. We NEVER received the kind of service there that we get at Burlington Toyota. Keep up the good work!

My car was serviced this past Monday as the Check Hybrid system light came on. Service was done to what the service tech thought was the issue. When I was driving the care home after picking the car up at the dealerhsip... the same light came on . I just sent the car back to day Wednesday November 3rd, as when I spoke with the service tec, there could be a short somewhere causing issues.
