My service was completed as expected and within the time allotted, as always. As usual, all of the employees that I had interaction with were polite, pleasant and accommodating. The surprise bonus was that my service advisor, Tom, personally buffed out some scratches on my doors. I simply asked what could I do about the scratches and he immediately grabbed his tools and did the job. And he made a joke when I asked what I owed him for the repair. Now that’s what I call exceptional customer service.
All of the staff at the service counters were friendly as I dropped off my car, especially my Service Advisor Maddie!

Staff here are friendly and accommodating. I dropped off my Rav and they punctually got started. All work to be done or suggested was explained to me. The work was completed in the estimated time and i got my car back washed and ready.
