First Class Service! I am very pleased with the level of service that was provided by Brasso Nissan! The sales person (Dan Mathison) was awesome! He was knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional! After my test drive, there were a couple of issues that required attention and they were all taken care of before purchase/pick-up. At that time, Cameron Howell (Delivery specialist) was very thorough in explaining all the functions inside/outside the Murano. He was very sharp & detailed! Top World Class service! First I received honest advice with regard to my trade in car. Then I was listened to what I want, and although that model Nissan Juke SV FWD was not in stock, the sale specialist tried hard and found the model elsewhere, and in a couple days I had it for a very good price. The technician made a comprehensive and quick tour of functionality. And the overall atmosphere is civilized, professional and human. Their ad says 'every customer is treated as a VIP' and that is true.

Good service I went this dealership for few issues that rattle, tremble & shaking etc. First time, I visited to find tremble noise from the back of my '14 Pathfinder, was fixed within a day that I was happy with it. So, I came back for the dealership another complaint that a rattle noise from the seat belt buckle left side in 2nd row, was scheduled & ready to replace the part, so I left my vehicle & waited. I’m really disappointed in the so-called “Service” at Brasso Nissan! I bought my 2013 Rouge into the dealership for an inspection and service. I paid over $1,500.00 which I had no problem with. On the invoice there was a charge discribed as “Shop Supplies”. I checked the crank case oil level and it was 1/2 L low. I checked the windshield washer reservoir, and it was under half full, I checked the radiator fluid level and it was one L low!

Horrific!. I only give it one star because you can't give zero. Happy to sell but will do anything to avoid responsibility for defective vehicles. I purchased 3 brand new 2015 Rogues (one each for my 3 daughters). All are used in Calgary, in the same areas, same roads and have about the same current mileage. After 4 years one of them developed a huge line of rust on the roof just above the front windshield. Dealership says this is due to rock chips so have no responsibility. Nissan Canada say the same. I have seen different sides of this dealership. They are very different before and after sale. Very cordial before sale but after sale they didn’t care anymore. After I recieved my car they didn't bother answeing any question.

Liars or just incompetent? My daughter and I visited the dealership to purchase her first new car. Was give specs. from the salesperson and a printed copy. She choose the make, model and color she wanted, and was assured they had the vehicle in stock. After negotiating price and terms she arranged to visit the dealership the next day to complete the paperwork but shortly afterward received a call that they did not have the vehicle after all and could only offer her another of a different color. Poor Service Bought my 2014 Rogue from Brasso. Ever since, I brought it back to them when its due for scheduled maintenance until my last visit. So my parklight is busted. I already bought a replacement bulb for it. Same time it was the car's scheduled maintenance. They have this checklist for everything that needs to be checked. I just got surprised that even that busted light have a green check mark that means its ok. Im thinking that they only tick those boxes from the checklist just to say they check everything.
