Customer Service Customer service throughout the entire purchasing process at Brasso Nissan was excellent!! From the General Manager, manager, sales, finance, service department and even reception provided phenomenal service and attention. Information and attention to detail was amazing.
Exteme patience Michael and Tiffany and Ryan were polite, thoughtful, accommodating and fun to deal with through every step. I had some extraordinary and surprise obstacles which I found very frustrating but they we extremely patient. Whenever I came into the dealership Michael greeted me as if I was buying a fleet of vehicles. Customer service has not been lost at Brasso Nissan. Highly recommend.

Honest and very customer oriented I missed their service and call backs, I was always informed on when my car was going to be serviced or why it was not ready at the expected time. I was offered a shuttle service or a curtesy car if it took too a few days for the repairs. I felt I well informed about what was happening with my car. This has not been my experience with 3 other Nissan dealerships to the point where I doubt that I will buy another Nissan again. Wonderful ecperiance I was on the search for a new vehicle... and I was really uncertain about what I wanted... previous years I always wanted a Nissan but never got one I always veered in other directions. The last time I was on the search for a vehicle I didn't have a good time at all!.. people at other dealers were very pushy making me uncomfortable and my experience horrible.
