I purchased my 2017 Nissan Qashqai on May 30,2022. We just returned from a trip to British Columbia. This was my supreme road test. The Qashqai performed wonderfully when passing slow RVs and semis in a short uphill passing lane. EFFORTLESS PERFORMANCE. !!! 6000 kilometers later, it was time for an oil change. Robert was very professional and informative about how to maintain my car. He is easy to talk with too. My car was beautifully washed and the interior cleaned. I went away feeling happy. Thank you !!!
After being at several dealerships it was a pleasure to walk into Birchwood Nissan. Welcomed by friendly staff starting with Evan Evangelista who is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and willing to help. Would also like to mention Kevin Clarke and Josh Salangsang. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for knowledgeable staff and a dealership that is willing to listen.

Had to change all 4 of my tires out and Kory was a pleasure to deal with.
