Took my 2021 rogue in at 10,000 km for an oil change. This would have been the second oil change performed on the car and under a service package that I bought from Applewood when I purchased the car new. I signed the usual paperwork left for a few hours and came back to pick up my car and came back to a bill of $250. Pre-purchase inspection failed to highlight costly repairs I recommend avoiding this dealership. I took a used Nissan into Applewood for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was done professionally and revealed several flaws with the car. Not being a car expert, I didn't have a good sense of how severe the issues were. Terrible customer servies I was looking to purchase a 30,000 brand new Frontier truck on Saturday October 1st, 2016 and was told there was one at their Langley location and they would bring it in on Monday. Marcus the salesman was texting his phone and told me he was making a trade with the Langley lot. Very very very very very bad experience. Do not deal with josh , Marcus, brandy. Their sales tactics is scripted. Very Bad People. No mercy .Avoid this dealership. We ask for silver car, they gave us red car.

Disaster from the start. Horrid customer service I bought my car October 2015, once all paperwork was signed I was ready to get my car. Firstly Nissan brought in the wrong colour of car (ordered red received white!) and secondly they missed signatures on paperwork three times making me come back to the dealership to sign.
