I lease a 2023 Nissan Roque. The lease is up and I have trying to deal with buying this car out for 6 weeks. The WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever dealt with. 6 weeks now and zero help from them. I sold my car to Applewood Nissan Langley nearly four weeks ago. They promised my check within five business days, yet I still haven’t received it. This dealership is completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unreliable. Horrible service. Wife took her NIssan in for service. Applewood Nissan took way more time then promised and came back with a laundry list of repair they claimed were crutial including brakes which they claimed they couldnt let her drive away on. She knows better and declined all work wanting second opinion. She also asked for their liability release form that she would sign to drive away. By far the worst dealership i have ever dealt with put me in a crap deal with a high interest i have paid 30 000 in 2 years only took off 3000 off the original price they get you in a crap deal with no way out no help to fix the problems car salesman are not there to help but to help rip you off on xxxx deals i would not trust this dealership with any type of sale
Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will promise you things and even document it on a promise letter but do not fulfil their obligations. The salespeople are terrible It is too bad because the service dept is good and the staff are nice but never buy a car here you will get ripped off.

Unethical group that will swindle elderly people by overselling, not properly fixing their car. They will blame you for accepting their advice.
"Either tow your car from our dealership or put 4 new tires on it" I assisted my elderly mother when she damaged a tire beyond repair on her 2017 Nissan Rogue. We could not find the wheel bolt lock key. I approached Steve Hannon at Applewood Nissan Langley to purchase a new one and was told that I would need to bring the vehicle into the shop to purchase one and that they don't lend out their master bolt lock keys. I made a service appointment online for my 2016 Nissan Leaf that I purchased new at this dealership. It has only been maintained by Applewood Nissan. The appointment was for Monday 14 November at 11:15 with service advisor Amber Kovich. I chose Amber as she was very helpful last year. Upon my prompt arrival at the dealership I was assigned Rebecca Chang as my service advisor.
