HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had extended warranty for my 2 cars.. poor service.. they never found the problem we've been had. but I had to pay the diagnosis fee with nothing. They said they can not do anything without the light on when they check my car. The illumination was on and off while I am driving though. The warranty is not worthy to buy at all.. and the dealer is not helpful at all for his costumer. ALL there tech. and Mr. Kim need to think about their service for customer.
HORRIBLE customer service. I've been very frustrated with overall customer service in this dealership. I financed a 2014 Nissan Sentra and it seemed like the sales persons just want to make a quick profit on the purchase and don't really care about the customers needs. They did not consult me about the purchase vs. lease which I think is an important feature. Poor customer service Approached to their service department with a warranty car, not purchased from their dealership. Alta Nissan's RH attitude to me was that if I had NOT purchased the car from them then I am a different kind of customer - and therefore I might need to go to the Nissan dealership where the car was serviced before for clarifications, otherwise they would not service the car in warranty.
