I bought my 2014 Murano (80km) from Alta Nissan Richmond Hill. I service my car till this week at their location. I took my car that day (December 09, 2020) for Oil change, check the Battery condition (replace as needed) and check/service the breaks (the $499 package suggested and I agreed to). While waiting for the car, I was told I missed on my 72Km to service the Drive Line! The cost will be $200 and it is critical! I agreed to that as well. Do NOT choose Alta Nissan Richmond Hill and Nissan Finance. They are UNTRUSTWORTHY! Here is my terrible experience with them: I returned my 2016 Nissan Rogue and leased a new 2020 Nissan Rogue from Alta Nissan back on Aug 20. Alta Nissan agreed in our contract to NOT charge my last monthly payment of the 2016 Nissan Rogue. I still got charged for the payment. After being literally yelled at by Phil Sicondolfo, the Service Manager on the phone when trying to get some sort of solution or understanding of cost information for an ongoing issue, I cancelled my appointment. I am the consumer, the customer, it’s your job to educate and help guide me to solution not belittle, and yell at me. My co-workers 16ft away could hear him through the earpiece of my phone. Lied to re: Extended Warranty & Financing Was referred to Alta Nissan RH by a family member. So, we expected/hoped our experience would have been good. Found a used vehicle that was well priced and seemed like a good deal. The sales rep (Michael S) was friendly and knowledgable and helped prepare the purchase agreement. Poor Service, I purchased my vehicle at Alta Nissan Richmond Hill , they did not disclosed every detail of deal, you should make sure that what they promise is in the contract or other documentation read carefully, Terrible customer service and support , and not a friendly environment.

Poor Customer Service They replaced recalled airbags and in the process broke the passenger side air vent. Asked them to fix broken vent, wanted to charge me for it. Insinuated they didn't break it. I bought my car there and have spent thousands of dollars on service and maintenance. Seems they are more concerned with saving a few dollars than keeping a loyal customer happy. Poor customer service and failing CVT engine / transmission I bought a brand new Nissan Rogue (2012) in July of 2013 in Richmond Hill, Canada at a dealership called Alta Nissan Richmond Hill. I serviced my Nissan exclusively at the dealership so that Nissan and myself would have a documented list of all service completed on the vehicle. Sales person Kevin I have a bad experience when I went there for first oil changes and car services. The sales person named Kevin who already got the the 2 items free oil changes and 2 years of PMP never showed his responsibility against these items and I was charged for the services. He also didn’t answere my calls when he noticed that his handwritten agreement has no official support. I don’t recommend you to chose him as your sales person .

Bad Customer Service I called the service department to ask to see if there is a easy way to override or disable the power saving mode on the push start 2016 Nissan Rogue. Debbie from service asked me who my sales person was, and would like to transfer my call over to see if the sales rep would know the answer.
