Alta Nissan Wood-bridge is one of a kind Dealership UNTIL YOU GET YOUR CAR, or in other words until they get your money. stay away We went to buy a rogue with a trade in , but we're shocked when offered only 5000 in the hallway but on departure was offered 8500 at the door ? We just left a dodge dealership where we were offered 10000 for it! Go to show with these places, stay away look for an honest dealer or friend of friend.
make excuse all time under warranty & any repair complaint Make excuse all time when you go to them for any problem in your car under warranty and any paid repair work done by them they make excuse first then they say you that leave this car for day next time and next time when you go they keep our car all day and not even touch it and told you in the evening all done we fixed all good next day you find same problem when you go again to them they told you this what we can do that's it. your money is gone and problem is still... read more
If you want sanity.... don't go If you buy a car here, you might want to think twice. They are great until your cheque is cashed ! My brand new car of less than 5 months was taken in for service for two weeks ! There were multiple things wrong with my car ! When I went there for the third time of repairing it, they told me they didn't have any More loaner vehicles when my appointment was scheduled a month in advance ! Service Department Problems The service department cannot be trusted in my opinion. I no longer send my car here. If you do choose this dealership, please document everything (including work orders and communication) and take pictures of the interior and exterior of your car before you hand over your keys at service counter. Keep all your maintenance records and don't drive the car off their lot until you have done an inspection yourself (I found cigarette butts and peanuts all over my floor mats, ugh). Very bad experience I bought a vehicle in July 2016 from salesman Mike Leslie. , I had bad experience with this dealership , don't ever go to this dealership , they sold a vehicle but after that they have no respect on you
Nice car, shame about the aftersales experience In February I bought a used 2014 Rogue from Alta. Whilst the car is great sadly the salesman Adnan, although perfectly friendly, made the experience extremely frustrating and left a negative overall impression on customer care. Despite giving plenty of notice of pick up date (a saturday), when I arrived it turned out that the media unit had been switched out for a faulty one, as somebody else needed the working unit elsewhere and had ordered a replacement for later in the week.... read more
