Good but could be better! I found the dealership, Alta Nissan Woodbridge, clean and well maintained. This included the showroom and the sales, leasing etc. Ali Joher, a sales consultant, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was talked into the extended warranty by someone else who suggested I would get a better financing rate which I had never heard of before. Excellent customer service I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra from Alta Nissan after visiting all the dealership in Brampton where I live. Unlike the Brampton salesmen, Adnan at Alta Nissan listened to me. He was very willing to provide costing and other information prior to me visiting the dealership. I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). Try to investigate better a service history even before the sale and not start with presumption of customer fault. Help instead of crossing hands... Not all customer are liars. Maybe you do a good job, but you screw up all with mistakes and misses.
I buy winter tires and make appointment/balance at 7265 Martin Grove Rd dealership. My appointment at 1:30 they gave me back my car at 4:30. I totally waitting 3 hrs in store. Bad Services My Rouge 2016 brake/pedal is very noisy. I came back and forth over 5 times. 1st. they checked they said ok, return to us. I drove and heard, I called and made next appointment. 2nd. Alta Nissan is Total Ripoff I got my 2008 Nissan Quest serviced on Feb 07, 2019. A work that maximum could take 2 hours to complete. I was charged 7 hour of labor for a pathetic Catalytic Converter replacement. Alta Nissan is total ripoff. I have checked with Medias and Speedy both say it could not be more than two hours of labor only if they have to clean the exhaust. Non payment of pre-paid card $777 as committed by Anil Mehta I bought New Nissan Rogue SV AWD on June 1,2018 in promotion days. The promotions package as agreed by Mr. Anil Mehta, Sales Rep. and Mr. Gabe Paniccia, General Manager was four year extended warranty , four year free maintenance and C$777 pre-paid card on the agreed price to paid be on delivery. Battery in key fob needed changing My car would not start, I got stranded and had to get my car towed to Alta Nissan. I left a voicemail on Sunday that my car will be sitting in there parking lot come Monday morning and to check out what the problem was.
