The day I bought my taco My day today at alpine Toyota in Cranbrook BC couldn't nt have gone any better . I was greeted on the floor by Ryan Wilhelm ,who in the most personable way took the time to hear me out and also ask about my interests to get an idea of the best suited truck for me . There were four deadly trucks to choose from all different km , year , and package deals and without hesitation ryan made it way too inviting not to take out the 2013 Tacoma that was in my price range and exactly what I was looking for . Toyota Tacoma Purchase I had a great experience at Alpine Toyota when I traded in my old Chevrolet Colorado for a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Throughout the entire process customer service was clearly at the forefront. Their offer of a military discount and appreciation towards public service really stood out. I would highly recommend the team at Alpine Toyota, escpecailly to other service members.

Great used Rav4 I have always dreaded going to car dealers, not Alpine Toyota. Purchased a used 2008 Rav4, the shop did a full service and all repairs (I have nothing to do to it). I am a heavy duty mechanic and do all my own repairs, very fussy dealership. Dan in sales was great, Brady the sales manager was very helpful and Brad in finance went above and beyond. I totally recommend Alpine Toyota for your next used or new car.
Test Drive experience Went and took a Tacoma for a test drive with sales advisor Dan. Great experience, no pressure atmosphere will be back when ready to make a purchase. I would recommend going to this dealership.
The Closers Thanks to Chris Yoshinaka, Brady Smith and the people at Alpine Toyota for another pressure free buying experience! Great Dealership. Excellent Service I have purchased two new Tacomas from Alpine Toyota. They provided excellent service and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and had all of my questions answered. Helen and Bruce were excellent to work with and I would not buy another vehicle from anywhere else. They have secured my business for many years to come.
Sales manager tries to get you the best deal. Staff is easy to talk to and open to resolve any issues. Very impressed with how the sales staff acted in solving a complex situation and turning it into a positive Experience. I would recommend giving them the opertunity to earn your busines.
