Very happy 10/10 This was a long distance deal involving a trade in. I live 6 hours from Cranbrook so the deal was done via the internet and phone. When I arrived everything occurred exactly as we had agreed. I was very impressed with Ryan and the dealership as a whole.

My new 2018 Tacoma I had been interested in a Tacoma for a while now. I stopped in at Alpine one morning and Helen came to meet me in the lot. She answered all my questions thoroughly and we went for a test drive. I knew it was the truck for me. They didn't have the colour I wanted on the lot and had to find me one. It took less than a week and I couldn't be happier with my new Tacoma. Staff was super friendly from sales person to finance.

Simple and no pressure I travelled from Manitoba to buy my tundra here. No hassel, best price and honest service. Justin, Bruce were very professional and no pressure. Followup from helen has been good.

The Best! Our second time working with the folks at Alpine, this time due to an unfortunate accident where our leased vehicle was totalled. Helen, Brady, Brad, Steve and the team came through for us bigtime, and went the extra mile in getting us set up with a new lease! Could not be more pleased - perhaps they should offer other dealerships lessons in customer relations! Seriously, they do it right. Bravo, Alpine!

Excellent service We came to Alpine Toyota looking, on a fairly casual basis, for a new hybrid vehicle, and came away, a couple of days later, with a brand new RAV4 Hybrid. It is great to drive and I know we will love it even more when we have explored all the new safety and other features it offers. Thanks very much!

2015 Tacoma Purchase Got a new (to us) Tacoma thanks to Helen who is a part of the great sales team at Alpine Toyota. Helen helped my wife and I look at several vehicle options both new and used, and found a truck that was perfect for our needs. After trading in my 4Runner I was already familiar with the friendly staff in the parts and service department but it was great to get to meet the awesome sales people like Hellen working at Alpine as well.
