Friendly and smiling when you walk in Friendly and smiling when entering service area, took my vehicle in for a new tire that had a screw on the side wall Amanda got me in right away, got it washed looking good ,at a fair price .

Service advisors I always have a great experience with the Service Advisors. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to solve your issues. When I came in to purchase my car Syd and Luke were great to work with.

Car not starting My car was not starting so I brought it in for service since I had just bought the car from Ajax Nissan 3 months ago. I had purchased a full warranty but I was told that the battery was not covered, however as a goodwill gesture the used car dept replaced the battery at no cost. I was very happy that they did that. That’s the reason I bought from a certified Nissan dealer and will definitely get all my servicing done by Ajax Nissan and will recommend you to my friends. Thank you for helping me out.

Quality Operation and Staff I have purchased at least five vehicles at this location over the last number of years. I have purchased every car from Syd. He is a down to earth and honest person. Have also recommended him to others. I also am happy with your service department.

despite a bump it went very well I arrived to meet with my salesperson to find out she had been fired. I was not informed. However the staff were very apologetic and expedited my purchase process. Matt Ruche (my new sales manager was excellent.

Good and fast service. Customer service at this location got me in quickly and my service was done on time. They gave me a call as soon as it was complete I didn't have to call them to see if was ready. I had no surprises or extra cost. Thanks again for the excellent service and for my great car.
