excellent service of my Quest. AMANDA provided me with knowledgeable information on price and expected length of time the service would take. She was friendly, humorous and supportive during my experience. The repair was done quickly and then the van was given a car wash which I appreciated. Rear bumper protector installation Originally the bumper protector was to be installed in the morning - however, upon inspection the installer noticed that it was slightly damaged. I was contacted immediately (I was at home) and given the option of waiting a few more hours for another protector to be delivered - which I accepted, with the caveat that I needed my vehicle by 3:00pm. Excellent service on my maxima platinum As I entered the dealership, Amanda greeted me with her usual friendly and outgoing personality. She is very informative and kept me in the loop as to the status of my service. I find the customer service is always great and yesterday was no different. In fact, I was more than pleased when it was finished earlier and I got back another hour of my day!

Oil change Great service. Craig was Friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The oil chance was done fast and I appreciated the car wash included. The free coffee while I waited was a nice touch.

Efficient, friendly, reasonable cost, professional I am a long term owner of Nissan Products, over 5 now...before you move to new Ajax facility. Oil change service Came in for my first oil change, I was in and out within an hour, and they gave my new Frontier a free wash... The service staff at Ajax Nissan are very friendly, and helpful.
