Used Toyota 26k later.. Bought a used Toyota with extended warranty. Less than 2 yrs and 26k I've replaced the battery, struts, shocks, brake pads, rotors and part of a control arm (which should be covered under extended warranty but since it's not the actual control arm...just the piece that keeps it together it's not covered...gotta love fine print!) Way over charged, I was too trusting, Never again. They charged me 1399.00 admin fee which I did not notice as I was in a hurry but did realize it a few days later when I called back they said it was the lender scotia dealer advantage that put this extra charge on. So I called them they said no that the dealer is the one that charges that amount not them. Service for repairs I have called to get a quote to change my transmission in my 2008 tacoma due to a bad torque converter.. i was transfered to the parts depp. and i was yelled at for not understanding the guy on the phone. I dont know his name or what he eat a lunch time but wow.... what kind of outfit is this?.. so i just hung up the phone and called the miramichi dealer.. Wow what a difference!! Very very pleased with the service!! Dont ever go to Acadia Toyota in Moncton!!
New car no help on warrant I bought a 2016 corrola s from these clowns. Ever since day one I have had a problem with the radio and the rear defrost, they both work but not at the same time, so I guess you have to pick one. Car now has 26000km on it and problem has only ever been confirmed but never looked at or repaired, the service manager will not even return my phone calls. Unorganized, Don't have a clue what they're doing This dealership is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. They lie and scam. They sold me a vehicle with a faulty part, replaced it, then damaged the outside of my vehicle in the process. When I pointed it out, they denied it until I went above their heads to report it. They are absolutely incompetent as a dealership.
ripe off I bought a used Tundra from Acadia Toyota and the frame was rusted in so many spots I could not get a inspection sticker.When I notified the dealer it was brought in and denied a frame change.I will never buy another used vehicle from this dealership and dont recommend anyone else to shop there.My wife bought her Rav4 there and i bought a new Corolla there years ago but never again.
Liar Liar The people at this dealership are nothing but liars. From the sales staff all the way down to the receptionist. They want to steal your money and to do it will promise you the world. Don't fall for it.
We bought a brand new car from this dearlership had no problem selling us the car but when there was a problem with the car i constantly had to fight to get any sercice that was covered by the warranty around 40,000km i brought the car in 5 time for the same problem, we decided to change the car, we had the car sold but still having issues with same problem tired of arguing with this dealership to fix our car right so i called Toyota Canada and they told me if i wasn't satistied to go to another dealer, well that answer made... read more
