Great experience! I went in for a used car to buy, with a budget. I dealt with Kevin Colette , & he made my first experience at buying a car at a dealership very enjoyable. He kept my budget in mind & found me a reliable car. He was very friendly & professional. I would suggest this dealership & Kevin to anyone looking to buy a used car.
Great first time experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer. I went in with reservations but came out feeling good. Jason McGill was very professional while being positive and personable. He is a great asset to this dealership. Keep up the good work Jason!
Excellent service Very pleased with our purchase of a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from Jason McGill, sales person. He has a pleasant personality and very courteous. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Own 3 cars from this dealer. Amazing Staff Our family currently owns 3 Toyotas from this dealership. They are truly amazing, professional and friendly. The staff went above and beyond and it was truly a great experience.
I was told my brake pads were at 2 mm, needing immediate replacement. I agreed based on that. Yet the invoice clearly states the pads were 4 mm. That’s misrepresentation, it changed my decision to authorize the work. I was offered just a partial refund <25% that doesn’t rectify the misleading info. Customers should expect honesty and proper justification before approving major services. Lying to customers so they authorize work is a HUGE problem and is a warning and indicates there are deeper integrity issues overall.
Service was not good. Always had good service in the past while car was under warranty with the free maintenance package, once the free service was done it cost 139.99 plus tax for an oil change on a corolla. They said it needs brakes at 50 thousand km, needs air filters that are way overpriced, time to trade for something new that is not Toyota, at the very least it will be the last time I ever walk into that building
Worst sales experience I’ve had purchasing anything. Less than helpful, dishonest to try to make money on extras. Would contradict information. Treated like other customers were more important and didn’t take time to help. Very uncomfortable conversation both on the phone and in person with sale rep. Drove to Amherst Toyota and purchased my new car there instead.. they were Amazing!
Please stay away from this dealership. I have owned Toyotas for the last 15 years, this is the worst dealer I have ever delt with. Nothing but lies. Even when your contract states information they say it is wrong. Please stay away from this dealer, I should have listen to the online comments before I purchased my truck.
Bought a used car from them. The sales guys was great but the after sales was not good. i was told the car came with 2 keys and on the day of purchase did not get my second. They told they would get me a second key after 6 months of waiting they told me they are not getting me a key. Now i have to spend over $350 of my own money for a second key. I will never buy a other car from that dealer ship and will never recommend them to my friend and family.
