I booked my service appointment and erroneously indicated that I would leave the vehicle when I planned to wait. When I arrived for my appointment, the service rep, Priya Patel noted that there was a long list of vehicles where the owner was waiting and servicing my vehicle might take longer than I expected. In the end, my vehicle was serviced and I was on my way home 40 minutes later. I was very happy.
