Impressed with Dan at 417 Nissan's Service Dept. His care and professionalism helped me deal with being suddenly stranded far from my surroundings. He provided much needed advice. Once he had my vehicle, he kept me informed of next steps. He went above and beyond despite how busy they were. I give him 150% for his time and effort in getting my vehicle back on the road.
The service department was very pleasant and efficient. Priya was a nice person to deal with. She kept me informed about what was happening with my car.
They are prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Christine Cordeiro ensured that I was kept to date about what additional work and and the cost estimate that was required.
Christine is lovely at the desk. Service is always good and I don't feel like I'm being upsold or overcharged.
