What a terrible used car buying experience. First the manager lied about replacing the front rotors on the car and then they sold me a RAV4 with a horrible smell coming from the interior. Getting after sales service is next to impossible. I brought the car back twice for the smell and nothing was resolved. When I called a 3rd time, the salesman said that they were done and would do nothing more. Stay away from this dealership if you value your money or expect a minimum of after sales service.
By far the worst experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle ..EVER!!! Do not go here if you are English speaking…the whole process took 3 weeks….after speaking to Jason in person he still sent contract in french which took days to straighten out..had to go up the chain of command..rav showed up with cracked sun visors and only one key fab!!why are they not telling you that when you purchase..its a 625 dollar cost for a second one…the whole staff honestly has not been good…Im uncertain how they are even still in busines... read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Ordered a new hybrid Corolla 6 months ago and waited and waited. Called after 6 months to be told that they were not making my particular model anymore and that I couldn't get the car anymore. My takeaway - they don't care about customers at all. The salesman was very dishonest and didn't even apologize. Now that I read other reviews, I see that treating customers badly is a routine. Buyer beware!
This is the den of the little smiling hyenas; a real crooked car dealer. All they care about is their proper profit and benefit, and if challenged, they will tell you we have plenty other customers. This location is to avoid a all cost. They are unprofessional, they are liars and they will not deliver half of what they promise you.
