After couple of years with Infiniti we had a bad service and we have to wait for 3 weeks to get a car and the sales agent did not help regarding our leased car and they need to charge us extra for the car around 15k extra and without any help in the financing really very bad service and take care when u take car from them they are not honest and not helpful or they like commission and whenever we ask about the Manager help he kicks out from his office and also you can’t get to higher Manager or the owners as if they are hidd... read more

Unfortunately, the car is not checked in full, but the oil is changed, and as they say, the tires are replaced, and this did not happen, and after what came out of the fast, the defects appear in a car, unfortunately.

I have over the last 8 years have had my car serviced through Infinity on Motorways in Mississauga. I have always been impressed with the care and workmanship done on my QX60. I only over the 8/Years have one very sore spot in the response to certain problems with my vehicle as it pertains to the Infinity Dealership. My vehicle had approximately 110KM on it, when I noticed rust on the”Lift Gate”. I did enquire to see if it would be covered under warranty, I was told my warranty was only good for 100km. I been going to Woodchester Infiniti for 7 years and always had Poor service. This time Tried to call 12 times in 45 mins. to discuss upcoming service and no one answers the phone. Left 2 messages, only after complaining to Nisan did some one call me back. They offer a free multi point inspection, the battery terminals are completely corroded. they didn't top up the washer fluid,what else do they ignore?? Over Priced and poor quality of service. Poor Service I have been a loyal customer and over many years had numerous Cars both Nissan and Infinity. Sad to see a dealership have a good sales group but A terrible service group. Beware even the GM of the dealership knows that they have services issues. I have moved my business elsewhere even though it take me 20 minutes to get there. Can’t imagine how Infimity CANADA puts up with this dealership

Brakes on Q60s after 22000 km Brought my car in to service and was told all 4 of my pads were at 3 mm and needed changing. I told them this is too soon and there had to be something defective. They insisted this was correct so I had the brakes changed, at the end of the day when I picked up my car I asked one of the mechanics for the pads as I wanted to file a complaint with Infiniti Cånädà, I was surprised to find only one of the front pads showed excessive wear and all the rest were fine. So I told service advisor I would come in Tuesday to discuss the issue with Mechanic, when I get there the service advisor is on lunch at 3:30 in afternoon, and mechanic and service manager are changing the facts to cover their asses. Terrible experience and terrible dealership. Do not go here for anything.

terrible service 2017 QX60 after the recent ice storm, next day I took off to work it was raining and wiper was set on auto so it started working, after few KM of drive wiper started slowing down and then completely stopped. I headed back home because cant drive without wiper in rain. Next day I took it to WoodChester Infinity and service person told me it not covered under warranty because I turned on the wiper while it was frozen and motor is burnt (which is not true) and wont listen to what I have to say, he insisted this... read more

Wrong Oil Used I brought my QX60 for oil change and requested synthetic. After I picked up the car i did not read the invoice right away, later i had a chance to read it and noticed regular oil was used. I went back and asked for the right oil to be used and their service manager Michelle Jawan said Infiniti recommend alternating oil types between changes. thus no change will be done. Now this compromised service, integrity, knowledge, honesty, respect, credibility and accountability.
