Excellent service that is always on time and usually on budget. Staff are kind and friendly and take time to explain issues and repairs.

I was close to a "No" on the "Would you recommend this dealership". It was saved from a "No" based on Aria, as well as Betty. 1. Working with Betty and Aria was great. Betty was fully informative and patient with my sorting out my decision on purchasing warranty or rust proofing. We had our 32K service for 2023 Rav4 hybrid at Toyota Whitby and it went ok. However, my low rating stems from aftermarket tire valve caps that I installed 6 months ago and they claimed it was “stuck” and i would need to pay an extra $45 for then to remove it for the labor costs as they alleged it would take “longer time period”.
