Reasonable service After a small promotional hiccup, I am pleased to say that most of my car buying process went smoothly. The communication from the dealer was sufficient and I left feeling that I received a good price for what I needed.

Whityb Toyota = great service. Been going here for over 5 years to service an older Toyota. Just bought a new vehicle from them, with our trade-in, and salesman (Shawn) was excellent. Selected vehicle showed up on time, and his familiarization session with us on all the new features was very helpful. I rated "price" as only "good" - hey, it can always be lower! Overall, trade-in pricing was very fair, and final cost was as expected based on google searches.

Excellent dealership. We purchased our 2005 Toyota Echo from Whitby Toyota and have had it serviced there regularly. Their service is very good and reasonably priced. I fact, with exhaust repairs they contracted out to a local garage with welding capability that can repair rather than replace. When it came to buying a new Toyota iM I did my research and had an offer prepared. Great Experience This was my first time buying a car and they made the experience so great and easy for me. I had no stress because I knew Rashid was going to take care of me. My parents had purchased a vehicle from him a couple months before and have purchased from Whitby Toyota in the past. They come back because the cars are reliable but also because the service here is awesome. I'm so thankful to Rashid and the team for making this experience so great for me and for getting me the car I've always wanted.
