Excellent costumer service experience! Let me start by saying that working with Rashid on the purchase of our new vehicle really made our experience special. This man went above and beyond to accomodate us throughout the whole transaction and even after the sale! You have to understand, this isn't our first new vehicle purchase. Overall a Positive Experience. I bought a Toyota RAV4 Limited 2020 model. I did not want the Beige color inside of the Stock that they had. They immediately found an interior color I wanted. I appreciate the effort. Bala A.
Made the car-buying process easy. Went to Whitby Toyota knowing exactly what we wanted to purchase (Rav4). Rashid was very knowledgeable and made a few suggestions that we had not considered. There was no pressure to purchase. After leaving the dealership, I left a couple of voice mail messages for him and he returned my calls within an hour. although it was his day off. I would recommend Rashid to my friends and family members. In conclusion, purchasing a vehicle is very stressful....Rashid will help lower your stress.
Amanda reviewed everything with me that my Corolla would require at the time I arranged the appointment. She kept me advised during the appointment and explained some additional work that was required. We reviewed everything when I picked up my vehicle.
quick service/friendly staff/very helpful/respectful friendly staff and the quick service i received several weeks ago. Respectful and very knowledgeable staff. Genuine and easy to talk to. I never felt any doubt about dealing with the two employees and i really appreciated the quick service and no fee was charged to me.
