After being in the market for a new vehicle for a few months, we decided a Toyota was right for us. We were unable to find what we were looking for at some other dealerships but after brief conversation with Arda, he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Everyone in the Service Dept are courteous, knowledgeable and professional, including the car jockeys/greeters, advisors and receptionist. The Parts Dept staff are also very helpful and pleasant.

Sam is the man. Took my 2013 Tacoma looking for a trade in. He offered me way above what I thought I would get for it and took the hassle of trying to sell it privately. If you have a Toyota to trade in I recommend bringing it to Whitby Toyota and asking for Sam. He does not disappoint.
