Buying a car at West End Nissan when we live in Fort McMurray can be challenging to say the least, but dealing with Jordan made the experience enjoyable. He was able to help with our 2 trade-ins and financing and to top it all off he has well put together videos of himself giving you an in-depth tour of the vehicle you are looking to buy. Kimmy was Wonderful! Joy the salesperson was wonderful, found us what we were looking for. Not at all happy with the trade-in value offered. Found that the follow-up was disorganized when we took delivery. Management and financial department were confused.
