Above and Beyond! Amazing Service. Jeff helped us determine the best vehicle for us! Very easy to deal with, no pressure, very honest. Our finance Manager, Celia worked so hard for us. Leasing a vehicle I find Mayfield Toyota staff are very friendly and helpful whether you are just viewing, buying or leasing a vehicle, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful in any decision you may make in acquiring a vehicle.
Easy purchasing experience. I had gone in looking to purchase the CHR and after a test drive I really didn't like it. I had seen the Corolla XSE Hatchback in the showroom while I was waiting on my sales guy to get the keys for the CHR and decided to test drive the Corolla as well. I fell in love with it. Once I had made my mind up, the process was fast and easy. Just had a couple hiccups. New vehicle purchase Bill is always so helpful and cares about the clients. We did not have an appointment but he did everything he could to assist us with anything we needed until he was available. Bill provides very detailed information and generally cares about the client having a solid understanding of the vehicle they are purchasing. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
