A pleasant purchase experience I called Jim Wallington to discuss buying used or new and Jim introduced me to Bill Werbeniuk and his son Dmitri. Bill explained some of my options, we tried one vehicle and that was it. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They listened to my needs.
Great service! Professional, competent service. Jotham very helpful and knew about all the features on the 2019 Highlander we bought. He explained all the safety features this beautiful vehicle has, and answered all our questions. We only shopped at Mayfield Toyota this time, for we know the service has always been excellent, this is our third Highlander.

Great staff and more than willing to help. Service manager helped me negotiate the deal away from another dealer. Had a great experience with my new purchase of a 2020 86. Jason was one of the 3 Edmonton Toyota reps that responded when I sent a mass email to all Edmonton area Toyota dealerships. Of the 3 that responded. Jason was the most straightforward and sent me a detailed quote with all the price breakdown right off the bat. Another rep was not able to beat Jason's offer and the third one from Gateway never sent a detailed price breakdown despite my repeated requests until I have already put down a deposit with Mayfield.
