I am a friend of Casey, so that is why we went to him. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. I find the service is pretty good, just seems like they are always too busy. What I am learning is that service is a huge part of a dealership.
I just purchased my third vehicle from Harry Pon. Harry is just awesome, very knowledgeable and very helpful! Joan Lee in finance was a big help as well. Actually, all the staff at Mayfield Toyota have always been wonderful.....right from sales to service to shuttles! Keep up the good work :)
It was a freezing day, and we had Bill show us 4 different vehicles, that all needed to be cleaned off and retrieved from the lot. We even changed our mind in the final hours, and went with a different vehicle. Everyone was so accommodating! This is our 6th Toyota, and we will always be back! The Camry is SO sporty and sleek and a great ride!
Mayfield Toyota in Edmonton provides excellent service. From Sales to the Service Department. Service department does not try to nickel and dime you like some dealerships do.
