Getting appointment was easy. Received good service. Everything was done it time and according to negotiated price. Staff looks professional. I am receiving stable service there in last five years.

West Coast Toyota sourced the truck I wanted, in the colour I wanted and delivered prior to the worst case scenario for delivery date. I was helped by Mason who replied to text messages on time off, and helped with accessory questions even when he didn’t have the answers. Requests for OCD stuff like removing dealer decals, and such were fulfilled with no hassles at all. Pricing was honoured, trade in was fairly dealt with. Very good service!

We recently purchased a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid from Chris Thomas at West Coast Toyota. Very pleased with the complete communication regarding service, time, and cost. My Sienna was fixed right. I'll be back but not for awhile as it is a Toyota! The waiting area had WiFI, newspapers, and coffee.

No pressure following our first visit when we showed interest in possibly purchasing a vehicle. At the time of purchase the sales person was informed and answered all our questions. All in all it was a positive experience.
