Issue on weekend with car - took me in right away on Monday - repair and back to me in pm - fast and efficient service from quality staff - safe environment-
Courteous service. This was routine maintenance and was completed in the time quoted. This dealership sets a high bar for their competitors. Clean waiting area.
The service was good and fast. The only thing is the service provider was nervous when I said I have service credit, she behaved the same also before. The way she talked to me was so tough, I didn’t like.

Friendly sales staff. Went on time and smooth. The car was ready when promised. Sale person was polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend Welland Toyota toy friends and family.

Best job ever Calvin is the best mechanic ever, he did such a great job on my vehicle, def more than what i expected. I recommend anyone who goes to this dealership.
review is so late because it took almost 2 months to get the part(strut). never heard from them the whole 7 weeks I waited except when I called to ask about it. When part came I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours. Turned out it was 4 hours. I was ok with the service procedure but my wife is very upset that there is now a large grease stain on the drivers seat that was not there when we dropped off the car. I have been a customer of Welland Toyota since 2005 on my 4th vehicle there so am upset about this situat... read more
