I recently had my car repaired for an intermittent drivability issue, Mark and Glenn in the service department were excellent. Very professional and went above and beyond to get the problem sorted out. There were some parts delays that were beyond the control of the dealership but they kept me informed of the repair status the whole time. Always great service. Jorge take good care and explains service to the tee! Today I just needed winter tires out on, but a big line up! So. Tom made sure I was looked after and lent me a car to run errands! This dealership cares about their customers when they buy a new vehicle and more importantly, after the sale. I have never been disappointed.
They are very attentive and caring. Not only do they take great care of my vehicles, but ensure that I understand what maintenance is required and why. Questions are always welcomed. The service staff are quite simply fantastic!
